FAQ: FAQ

What will my Oodle need to bring

To make your Oodle feel at home we find that having their own bed with them along with any special toys or blanket helps with the settling in process. Please also bring their food bowl for familiarity, water bowls are not required.

Drop off and pick up times.

We can be very flexible depending on your needs. We just ask you to include these on the application form so that we can plan for the day and keep us updated if these change closer to the time.

Meal time

Please bring your beloved friends food and treats to ensure that their delicate tummies are cared for.

Vaccination record, other preventatives.

We ask for a copy of your dogs current C5 vaccination record prior to arrival. We also ask that your furry friend has a flea treatment before their stay with us to prevent any extra hang on’s!

Medications

We are of course happy to provide your dog any medications or supplements required during their stay with us. We will ensure that we have clear instructions from you regarding timing and frequency.

Whilst you are away.

We understand that leaving your fur baby somewhere whilst you are away is a big deal, that's why we will keep you updated daily on how they are going. We will send you photos of their day and always happy to receive calls/message if you feel like you need some extra reassurance.

Planning a dog friendly day out whilst holidaying in the our beautiful South West, then picking up your pooch for a few hours and returning them to us in the evening can be arranged too.

Extra Fees.

You will find everything is included in our daily rate.
The only additional costs would be reimbursements in the rare event of tick and flea treatment, additional food if purchased or veterinary expense, if required.  Rest assured, we have Custody, Care and Animal Control insurance.
